Background
Jon provides the skill and expertise to intertwine all the elements and disciplines of a successful project. From pro forma stage through furniture, fixture and equipment fit-out, close-out, final job-cost summarization, and post-completion, Jon provides owners' representation to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules — recommending strategies, project delivery methods, and coordinating agency processing.
Extensive project management, forward planning, purchasing, job cost control, and field experience across public sector and non-profit capital improvements, recreation projects, Class A office buildings, industrial parks, retail space, land development, golf courses, and over 4,000 residential units. Jon also provides testimony, litigation support, and forensic job-cost review when required.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Urban and Transportation Geography — San Diego State University.
